I see Mariah Carey's stylist has gone on sabattical again. If any magazine had a worst dressed list she'd clearly make the #1 spot easily!! What is the meaning of this outfit? She really kills me. Is this really appropriate for the Kids Choice Awards? I'm sure Miley Cyrus was looking better than that.
