Chloe Sevigny was seen at the Women's Health "Down to Earth" event looking, questionable. I think she looks QUITE the fool. She's quite pasty, she reminds me of Earthworm Jim. But no shade, I do like her top and skirt but the outfit as a WHOLE, I don't use.
